The only good thing about the weather these days – perfect for sleeping!!! xD
But maybe not really a good thing because I overslept till like 10am this morning!!!!!!!

But surprisingly when I reached office, the lights were not switched on O.O

So I was the first to reach actually, which is totally weird!
I even checked my phone to see if I missed any SMS regarding an impromptu shoot or something…LOLOL.

Then everyone just arrived shortly after me…
Oh well. We are know it’s the RAIN! =/

Wilson came with a present for boss and I felt so paiseh that I did not get any! x.x
We did talk about getting him something but I really have no idea what to get!!!

So I thought of making something for him instead! (:
Started last night but only managed to finish it in office today…hehe.

For the wonderful boss who had never once scolded me or blamed me for any mistake (:

The reason why I chose to make him something is because I know he’s the kind who appreciates such stuff…
He even kept my empty Sake bottle and the cake decoration we made for him xD

I mean he can have hundred and thousand of gifts, but mine is priceless~
Because it’s one and only and you can’t buy it anywhere!

It’s more than just a card actually…
It contains all the memories we all had together (((:

Oh the 3 hearts contain each of our messages by the way! ^^

It’s not a perfect handmade gift, because it’s superrrrrr last-minute!
Plus we had a shoot towards the evening, so I had even lesser time to complete D:

But I’m glad that I still managed to finish everything and write all my words of gratitude!
Oh we treated him to lunch at Dian Xiao Er as well (:

Passed him the card just before I left and he was sooooooo happy to receive it!!! Hehe.
You should have seen the wide smile on his face! xD

He was even looking all over his desk for a folder to “protect” the precious card…hahaha!
I really love seeing him so happy and always so appreciative towards us and things from us!

Anyway, the main reason for the card is that I hope the photo collages will remind him of our happy days together whenever he’s feeling stressed or unhappy (:

I really HATE the rain.

I’m sooooo not going to forgive the damn rain for ruining our plan of walking to and fro Chinatown!
It’s supposed to be a challenge that I was looking forward to complete, yet Murphy’s Law again – When I pray for no rain, it just has to rain!

Luckily I had my cute umbrella with me, though I still hate the fact that we only managed to reach Novena!

Oh I can’t believe that I kinda got into a road rage for the first time today…
I wasn’t sure whether to cross the zebra crossing or not, so I kinda stepped back after the first step…

Then the damn bus horned at me!

I was like, “Fuck lah! It’s the damn zebra crossing!!!”
And the bus driver actually shouted back at me, “Fuck lah! Wanna cross then cross lah!”

Zee shouted back at him of course, but I decided to drop the whole matter because I’m just not the kind of person who gets into a road rage. I despise people for their impulsivity for getting into road rages, and I can’t believe I became 1 of them today.

No matter what, this is not who I’m supposed to be.
And I don’t like who I’m becoming either.

I wanted to wait for the rain to stop and continue the walkathon, but Zee was totally demoralised by his wet shoes…Zzzz.
He just kept complaining about it, and it’s so obvious that he didn’t wanna continue anymore -.-”

To think that he wanted this to be like a COMPETITION initially -.- Because he thinks that I can’t finish it.
But look who’s the one who backed out now…hmmmm.

I just cannot stand it when guys keep thinking that girls (especially ME) are weak and then they will NEVER admit it if they lose to a girl. Too much EGO egg rolls, probably (:

Anyhow, took a bus down to Little India, which is just 3 bus-stops away…
But I can’t believe I had to spend soooo much time and effort trying to convince a 21-year old into doing that.

I seriously felt like I was with a 3-year old instead, and it’s not the normal 3-year old, it’s an extremely spoilt one!
If anyone had witnessed the whole whiny scene, he/she might have thought that this person probably has some mental problem or serious trauma of taking a public bus!

It’s really as though I’m wanting his life or something!
And he claimed that it’s RETARDED to take bus!

Seriously, I have NEVER in my 21 (going 22) years of life, seen someone who is sooooo spoilt that he hates taking public transport so much (even for just 3 stops) and he whined every other second about the process of waiting for a bus, which only took less than 10 minutes!

WTH? Really.
I was quite speechless and taken aback by that.

I just never thought that there would be someone so spoilt to such extent…
Or rather, I would be acquainted with someone like that.

I just CANNOT stand spoilt brats!!!
I really would have given such person one tight slap if that wasn’t too rude.

Anyway, given my stubborn character, of course I refused to give in to such ridiculous spoilt behaviour of taking a cab when we have plenty of time.
At least I’m stubborn for a good reason here.

Walked down to Bugis from Little India, which is not of a challenge at all.
Headed to Illuma and we settled for Season of the Witch eventually.

I had no intention to watch this because it’s not my kind of movie…
But then again, there wasn’t any other movie that I was interested in =/

Just can’t wait for No Strings Attached to be out!
The title is enough to interest me…haha!

First time watching a movie in Filmgarde and gosh, it’s like an igloo!
I was totally shivering by the end of the movie, so was the weakling…duh.

Decided to head home after that and I wanted to take a straight bus, which of course I’m totally not expecting any spoilt brat to follow suit. Well there is no obligation this time round anyway, since I didn’t mind going back alone.

But I gave in eventually and agreed to take a train instead, and that didn’t help much.
I had to tolerate the whole whiny process of someone desperately wanting to take a cab instead! ARGH.

Of course, I’ve given in once and I’m just not going to give in the second time.
I don’t even have to give in to anyone just because he/she is spoilt in the first place!

Seriously, I’ve never seen such a loser before -.- I’m truly amazed.

Happy Birthday Uncle Y~!

It feels good to have finished the Mammogram video…
BUT IT FEELS DAMN BORED TOO!!! D:

Boss had a lunch meeting, so we were only left with the coffeeshop for lunch~
My lunch today was only $1.50! =O

Maybe I shall order like that everyday so that I can hit the same monthly expenditure as my brother -.- Seriously, who can spend <$300 a month?!

Hmmm…maybe that’s also because he has a very nice sister to buy things that he loves for him so he didn’t have to splurge on them…HAHA!
I was just complaining about him not buying anything for me last night! Bleah.

Oh the weather is seriously crazy recently and it was raining so heavily when I alighted from my bus this morning!
Thank goodness I managed to hop on to Reiko’s cab to get to office~

Then it rained again when we were out to get lunch…
And the strong wind was like determined to blow us away!!! Argh. Annoying rain!!!

Anyhow, finally found the real Granny Smith apples that the supermarket near my house stopped selling! (:

I was soooo looking forward for boss to be back because we are celebrating his birthday today and my $1.50 lunch wasn’t too filling! Hehe.

His birthday is actually this Sunday, so we decided to celebrate it in advance (:
We planned for a birthday lunch initially, but after knowing that he has a meeting, we changed our plan.

Somehow, Wilson kept wanting to go get the cake when boss wasn’t even back yet! LOL.

Wilson: We can put it here and once he comes back, we can surprise him!

Me: Noooo! We won’t have time to prepare the candles and everything before he comes in!

Me: You’re so not professional in planning such surprise!

Wilson: Nooo…we can put the cake here (under his table)… Then when he comes back…

Me: Then the cake melt how?!

So we started preparing the cake after estimating the arrival time of boss, which we expected to be around 6.30pm…

We had spent the morning “customising” his cake by adding his photo! xD
I was in-charge of finding the photo and photoshopping it out…

But who knows, due to the damn Murphy’s Law again, he was stuck at the client’s place!!!

We really regretted not celebrating in the morning when we actually joked about the possibility of that client giving yet another lecture…Zzzz!

So we waited and waited and I was sooooooo kan chiong because I was supposed to reach Yishun by 7.30pm for Clique’s reunion dinner!!!
Yet I couldn’t miss boss’s birthday because it’s an effort from all of us and he would love to have us all present!

Then he finally came back at around 7.30pm!!!
I guess the whole wait was kinda worthwhile because he was truly delighted and surprised once he stepped into the room! Hahaha!

This is damn cute! LOLOL.
They were talking about finding the 贵人 out there to help us…hahahahahaha!

Boss was truly amazed by the “customised” cake and he kept it of course! xD

He has been pretty stressed recently and I’m really really happy to see him smiling so widely!
I can feel that he’s truly truly delighted! (:

Gobbled up the cake and excused myself first, while the rest of them continued with their beer celebration and etc…
I felt very bad for not being able to join them, but I felt even more bad because I was extremely late for the dinner!!!

I screwed up the reservation (I made one but upon reaching, the staff claimed that they don’t accept any reservation)…
And I knew I kinda screwed up the whole REUNION thing!

Finally got a cab and I swear that my heart was pounding out in the cab!
Especially when I know they had already started and the food there serve pretty fast…

I wanted to get there ASAP because I really really didn’t wanna miss it!!! D:
But when I was stuck in a damn jam and I received buddy’s SMS, saying that they are finishing, my heart dropped…

Cause I know I’ve kinda missed it!
And I think I emphasised more than once how much I am looking forward to this dinner…

I’m totally not blaming them by the way, because I was the one who said I could reach by then.
I was in fact blaming myself so much that I regretted being stubborn and asking Soon Song not to change the dinner’s date to Sunday!

And then everything just decided to fuck up thereafter…
First the jam, then the screwed up NETS machine along with the fucked up nonchalant cab driver!

When I asked if he accepts NETS, for goodness sake, of course I’m asking about a NETS machine that can work PROPERLY right! I ended up entering my PIN number for like 3 times before I decided to give up and call buddy for help!

When I got off the cab, I just kept telling him that I wanna cry so badly!
Because I really really wanted to cry so badly!!!

The dinner was indeed over despite me rushing down…
But they did save some food for me, which they joked about it being 杂菜饭…lolol.

Honestly, I totally wasn’t in the mood to eat anymore, because like I said, I felt like crying so badly.
It’s not the food that matters in the first place, it’s the whole idea of our annual reunion dinner, WHICH I FUCKING MISSED.

Seriously, what’s the point of eating alone when everyone was already done with dinner?
I really hate myself for missing it.

Initially when I started this entry in office, the title was “Clique’s Reunion Dinner 2011!”…
But I guess the focus of this entry is no longer on this…lol.

Can someone even understand my exasperation?
I was just feeling so bad and so sad at the same time that I didn’t even know what to say anymore.

I guess this is the only thing that worth my cab fare…haha.

Then upon reaching the bus-stop outside, and in the midst of typing a SMS…

Furthermore the door couldn’t open when I tried opening it -.- So the more I thought they were joking around!
Until WJ shouted and the bus behind started horning, then I realised it’s not a joke after all :S

And the door just closed and they drove off! O.O
I was seriously still damn lost after that! Because Shrine (who was sitting in front) did not alight at all when we were supposed to alight together!

So in other words, he was even more lost than me! LOL.

Walked around North Point for a short while before Sis came to pick me up to her house~
Listened to her rant about her mad boss and man, that woman is 100% MAD!!!

I can CONFIRM that she has split personality or any other form of mental problem!
And I’m so glad that my boss isn’t anything like her at all! GOSH! Seriously MAD COW DISEASE!

Back to AMK and went Mac to find Soon Song, Shrine and Queena, who were slacking there…
I kinda miss our Mac chats (:

Suddenly discussed about all their effed-up relatives and for a moment I was tempted to rant about mine too..

Spent my whole day on the mammogram video which is due tomorrow~
But I was soooo determined to finish it today!

And I was like, “Today!!!” Cause I really wanna get it over and done with!

Once Reiko reached office today, she started raving about Japan VS Korea soccer match last night…
I was listening, but I wasn’t as excited as her…LOL.

Then when she told me about the 3 consecutive penalty kicks being saved, I remained emotionless about it =/
And she even gotta teach me that I should be reacting with a shocked face! ROFL.

But the thing is I really don’t care about soccer and most of the other sports :S
I didn’t even give a damn about World Cup when everyone else was…haha!

So she was saying that she pities me because once she came, she started blabbering about something that I have zero interest in…
Then once Wilson came, he started blabbering to me in broken Japanese when I don’t even understand a thing…LOLOL.

Oh they said something like I should at least fake an interested reply “for the sake of world peace kind”…

My flight was being served by an obviously gay flight attendant, who seemed to put everyone in a good mood as he served us food and drinks.

As the plane prepared to descend, he came swishing down the aisle and told us “Captain Marvey has asked me to announce that he’ll be landing the big scary plane shortly, so lovely people, if you could just put your trays up, that would be super.“

On his trip back up the aisle, he noticed an extremely well-dressed and exotic young woman hadn’t moved a muscle. “Perhaps you didn’t hear me over those big brute engines but I asked you to raise your trazy-poo, so the main man can pitty-pat us on the ground.“

She calmly turned her head and said, “In my country, I am called a Princess and I take orders from no one.“

To which the flight attendant replied, without missing a beat, “Well, sweet-cheeks, in my country I’m called a Queen, so I outrank you. Tray up, Bitch.“

And speaking of gays, I forgot to mention this 1 thing I learned from Burlesque – Whether you got chased out of house, or you fell out of love, or need a shoulder to cry on and etc, you know you can always turn to your dearest gay friend!

You can walk around his apartment safely in just boyfriend shirt without having to care much and more importantly, without much controversies or bullshit rumours!

Honestly, I miss them (as the whole NUS bunch) A LOT ever since we stopped hanging out, which was ever since Yinning left.
But it’s just weird for me to ask them out when Yinning’s not around! =/

Even when it came to sending them off just now, as much as I want to, I was still pondering over it and I kept telling Eugene that it’s kinda weirdddddd.
Like I’ll feel so extra especially without Ning around D:

But I decided to go in the end because they are really friends that I cherish a lot a lot a lot.
And thankfully I wasn’t really left out because Eugene was consciously making sure that he wasn’t pangseh-ing me…hahaha!

I don’t know if they still read my blog (I know they/Elvis used to read occasionally), but I do hope that they know although we are not very close (anymore), I really cherish them a lot because they are one of the nicest bunch of people I’ve ever met (:

I don’t want them to think that they are just some “Hi bye friends” or friend’s friends to me because they are not!
I’m really thankful to have known them because we had really good times together ((:

Lots of fond memories with them and I can never forget the surprise birthday celebration from them at Soup Restaurant…
Because I really didn’t expect them to be celebrating for me when I’m not even like “one of them”!

I do admit that at times I might feel a bit stressful hanging out with them because sometimes they discuss about chim stuff…hahaha! But they are also kinda different from the guys around me because they are more mature and sensible. (No offence because it’s true)

They make me understand what’s a true gentleman (:
Took great care of me in clubs, forever so nice and so on; my best drinking partners! Haha!

I hope I have a chance to hang out with them when Yinning is back and of course when they’re back too (((:
I missed them and I will miss them even more now!

Why are 古装 shows always so heart-wrenching and heartwarming?!
I almost teared at so many scenes :S

It’s a story of distrust, losing your loved ones and then remorse.
Yet another “You’ll never learn to cherish until you lose it” kind of story, which I pretty much enjoyed because it’s touching and I felt my heart breaking at so many parts D:

Then as usual, I was acting like some crazy girl, oblivious to the presence of his mum! xD
