Outfit of the day~! Although I only brought 5 sets of clothes there, I tried to mix and match differently to try to pull it off…hehe. (But I look weird now in the cap with short fringe x.x)

This was the last night in Bangrang Hostel and I realised I haven’t really shown you guys the exterior of our unit despite mentioning it a few times (:

Reached our destination – Sangsu! (I look damn weirdddddd~)

I laugh whenever I see this photo! Like some ah siao dancing! But I was actually asking Siew Eng to take a picture of me doing the Superman pose on the escalator but it was too late! LOL!

Settled in this Korean BBQ place because it has many pictures outside too xD

I was looking at the picture menu on the wall, trying to decide what to eat when the staff started speaking to me in Mandarin (that’s when I realised PRCs have not only flooded our country~) -.-”
Staff: 你是中国人是吗?
Me: 不是!不是!
Staff: 不是中国人你会讲中文?!
Me: 我是新加坡人 -.-”
Zzzzz! Speak Mandarin means you are PRC meh?! But it’s a good thing that at least there is someone whom we can communicate with and ultimately get our food~
Our table is filled with the standard side dishes provided and our food!

The pork belly which is common for Korean BBQ~

Love eating it with the veggie!!!

And I wrapped all kinds of nonsense in it…hahaha!

Reiko was telling me the pork belly there is dope because it’s damn fatty and so on. But in the end, we removed all the fatty parts which is supposed to be the “best part” according to her xD

Done with lunch! Time to carry on with our journey to find the place~
Graffiti walls everywhere; if it’s Singapore, you would have been fined now =/

Passed by this nice cafe which Siew Eng got excited over~

They really have pretty and unique cafes there!!!

But since we were still damn full from lunch, and we had made a booking for the place that we were heading to, I promised that we would go back on the way back (:
More nice paintings on the wall!

Found the place – Four Seasons House!

Thanks to Reiko for helping us book it! I had a hard time booking it online because the website wasn’t working and the person wasn’t replying my emails either, so Reiko decided to call them on my behalf and communicated in her super fluent Japanese! Hehe.

Still wondering what this place is about???

Four Seasons – Spring (Waltz), Summer (Scent), Autumn (In My Heart), Winter (Sonata), do they ring a bell? (:

Yes! This is actually the place featuring all the props, items, photos and sets used in the four seasons’ dramas and here I am with the poster of my all-time favourite Korean drama – Autumn In My Heart aka 秋天的童话!

In the room where all the Autumn In My Heart stuff are~

Super underexposed photo, but I did some adjustment to it and it looks like some drawing effects now…hehe.

I think this is from Spring Waltz, which I haven’t watched it or even heard of actually =/
I only watched 2 of the four seasons’ dramas!

And this is another one which I’ve watched – Winter Sonata!

And this is the room dedicated to Winter Sonata (:

Actually, I don’t know if I have really finished or watched every episode of this drama =/

I remember this mugs from Autumn in My Heart!!!!!!!!!!! T.T

In the actual setting of the room used in Spring Waltz! (:

But I don’t “feel” that much for this room since I have not watched the drama before~

With Lee Min Ho! 几浪漫一下~ LOL.
I brought his file on purpose so that he can accompany me for this trip! Hahahahahaha!

With my real partner of the trip xD

The costumes used in the dramas!

Nice shot right!!!! But it’s actually a painting/photo luh…hehe.

I don’t know his name but I’ve seen him in a couple of dramas before~ Anyone knows his name???

Cause it’s filled with roses on the ceiling!!!

Time for a candle light dinner~! xD

The first thing I spotted when we stepped in…hehe!

Acting like I know how to play~

Convincing??? I look very focused okay! =X

Left Four Seasons House and as promised, we went to the nice cafe that Siew Eng wanted to go!

It looks really nice inside, doesn’t it? (:

A quiet cafe that you can read a book in; love such places!!!

It’s actually in the washroom! They even put in the effort to decorate it!

One photo with the Volkswagen before we left! (:

Off for shopping now!
Waiting for the train and they have this system that shows you which station is the coming train right now! I like it!

But that’s not exactly our destination because we are supposed to find this bigggggg heel as that’s where the so-called “女人街” of Seoul is~ So here comes the search!

Walked round and round to find the church first, because that’s where the bigggggg heel area is =/

Shopped on the way and bought my first macaron there!

It’s kinda expensive for one but I just wanna try how a Korean macaron taste like and it’s actually pretty nice! Some Korean plum flavour I think~

Saw this and immediately get it (:

Passed by this “clown” for so many times while searching for the church/big heel place! So paiseh -.-”

We really spent a long time finding and even walked to this damn ulu place -.- Ended up spending close to an hour walking one big round! -faint!-

And then we finally finally spotted a church!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hallelujah moment~

But I think it still wasn’t the church that we were looking for D:
Cause in the end we managed to find the place after asking some ladies for help~
Spotted super cute Rilakkuma bags!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wantttttttttttt!!!!!! But it’s too ex!!!!!!!!! T.T

Shopped and shopped and finally saw the bigggggg heel that Siew Eng was talking about~

Okay I never expected it to be so gigantic =/
In fact I didn’t even know what she meant when she kept saying “the big heel place“…hahaha!

Siew Eng was the real shopper of the place actually~ I didn’t really find many things that I fancy, so only got myself a bag D:
The shops started closing at 10pm, which is soooo early!
We spent too much time trying to find the place x.x
Went back to hostel early to pack, because we were moving to another place the next day! And look at the amount of loots Siew Eng already has… These are excluding the Lotte Mart snacks by the way =/

Mine was like 10-20% of hers, so I managed to finish packing within a short time and started to enjoy my heart-shaped rice cake! It’s like a “local delicacy” there, but the macadamias spoil it all -.-”

Done showering and changed into my pajamas, which is the XXXL Chingay tee that I got this year -.- Never thought I will have a chance to wear it!

Tried the 20.1% soju while waiting for Siew Eng to finish packing~
Then after a while, she was like, “Why is your face so red?! You cried is it????? Why so red?!?!” ROFL!
I only had 2 sips by the way! Cause it smells like nail polish remover! :S

hi can you please give me directions on the big heels place?
Jan 31, 2012 @ 11:34:49
Hi Ana, I don’t know the exact direction because we got lost that time too. But if you alight at Ewha Womans Univ. Station, it will be pretty easy to find. The big heel place is a stretch with street stalls on the left and shops on the right (:
You may want to save a picture of the big heel in your phone so as to show it to any Koreans there when asking for direction. I believe any ladies will know where is it.
