Resumed.

Finally resumed kickboxing training after exactly 2 and a half months! Every time I miss a class, I will feel the difference in stamina and sometimes a body ache the next day. Which is why I dislike missing any week!

So after not training for such a long time, what I feared most happened – back to square one! I totally felt like a beginner in terms of stamina, physical strength and so on! Used to be able to complete all the sit-up punches and leg raises without stopping, but now I need break or even breaks! So demoralising! T.T

It doesn’t help that the female coach and I are the only “regulars” in class and I gotta partner her for the very first class and maybe all the remaining classes! -screammmmmmmmm-

I think it would have been better if I have other regulars with me so that the “focus” will not be just on me -.- Especially when Mr Lame still lovessss to pick on me so much…Zzzzz. I think he secretly misses having someone to rebut to him.

Anyway, used to feel damn shiok after all the punching, but now it’s plain exhausting! Still love doing the kicks most~ But I seriously hope this passion doesn’t die off like this…
